Job brief
We are looking to fill a position for a Home Security Billing Support. If you’re passionate about helping people, we would like to meet you. Answer general and billing questions, and provide customer billing support via inbound calls. All while working in your home environment. This position is work from home, with the pay of $11 per hour.
Responsibilities
• Assist customers – who want to reduce or eliminate services – in finding the package that works best for them
• Have a value-based conversation to identify the best fit products and services to support the customer’s lifestyle
• Provide excellent customer service that will help retain those customers who want to eliminate services
• Assist callers with billing inquiries.
Requirements
- YOUR TRAINING IS 3-4 WEEKS LONG 4 hours per day. IF YOU MISS 3 DAYS OF CLASS YOU WILL BE DROPPED!
- It is your responsibility to purchase all of your equipment for this opportunity.
- For all system requirements please refer to system requirements button on careers page. You will need an up to date desktop or laptop that is connected to your Ethernet cord. WiFi is not allowed.
- You are required to work (2 hours) required on a Saturday.
- You must work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
- Pay is $11 per hour.
