Maximum Latency Threshold 120 milliseconds

What kind of work will I be doing?
We offer customer service, technical support, billing, financial services, fraud management, and optional sales positions. Check out our careers page for specific job brochures with duties and pay listed.
Will I get to choose which company I want to work under?
Our HR Manager will work with you to make sure the company you choose fits your resume and skills.
Are positions part time or full time?
We are hiring for part time and full time.
I am already enrolled in an opportunity but would like to enroll in another one. Is this possible?
You can enroll in another opportunity as long as the class times do not conflict
Is the opportunity only for residents of the US?
We only offer positions for the US, Canada, and UK. If the opportunity announcement specifically states that it is for Agents outside of Florida, then it is available only to those outside Florida. We don’t offer positions for ( California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin. Additionally we do not support the provision of services from US territories, including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
